GOLD PACKAGE

This package provides you with the peace of mind of knowing that ALL aspects of the listing and sale of your property are being handled by a real estate professional. The fees are:

  • 7% 1st $100,000 + 2.5% on balance (up to $1M list price)
  • 7% 1st $100,000 + 3.0% on balance (over $1M list price)

Includes Buyer’s Agent fees

SILVER PACKAGE

This package provides you with the peace of mind of knowing that MOST aspects of the listing and sale of your property are being handled by a real estate professional. The fees are:

  • 5% 1st $100,000 + 2.5% on balance (up to $1M list price)
  • 5% 1st $100,000 + 3.0% on balance (over $1M list price)

Includes Buyer’s Agent fees

BRONZE PACKAGE

This package provides you with the peace of mind of knowing that the BASIC aspects of the listing and sale of your property are being handled by a real estate professional. The fees are:

  • $4,000 (up to $1M list price) + Buyer’s Agent Fees
  • $4,500 (over $1M list price) + Buyer’s Agent Fees

MLS ONLY PACKAGE

This package provides you with the opportunity to have your property listed for sale on the appropriate MLS® system and you can then handle all the other components of the selling process yourself, while knowing that the support of a qualified real estate professional is available to you. The fees are:

  • $995 (up to $1M list price) + Buyer’s Agent Fees
  • $1,200 (over $1M list price) + Buyer’s Agent Fees

Note: If you would like to be represented at the time of a showing at your property or an offer presentation, our services are available for this process at the ongoing rate of $60 per hour. This amount will become due and payable immediately following the provision of the service(s) and must be paid directly to the listing brokerage.

It’s very easy!

Just read through the Gold, Silver, Bronze and MLS® Only packages, decide which package is the right one for you, pick up the phone and call 778-229-6627 to discuss the type of service level you would like to proceed with.

How can you confirm the level of service you can expect to receive during the sales process? A schedule “A” or letter of commitment accompanies the listing agreement and this will be explained to you in full detail to ensure you know what level of service you will receive.

Service 1

Provide you with in-depth and current information on real estate activity, both in and outside of your area, that may impact the listing price of your property / Suggest and advise you of any changes that may make your property more attractive to potential buyers.

Service 2

Verify all measurements of your property and, after ensuring the accuracy of the details of the contract, forward it to the appropriate Real Estate Board, and make ongoing changes if and when required.

Service 3

Immediately install a “FOR SALE” sign on your property (if applicable).

Service 4

Take interior and exterior pictures of your property, and attach them to the listing when it is forwarded to the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver and the various social media sites we use to promote your property.

Service 5

Post information of your property to realtylink.org, mls.ca, barrieseaton.com, Craigs List, Facebook, LinkedIn and as many other social networking sites as possible.

Service 6

“Zone farm” the area around your property.

Service 7

Develop an in-house package for co-operating REALTORS® to give to their potential buyers during viewing.

Service 8

Assist you in obtaining the HIGHEST POSSIBLE DOLLAR VALUE for your property with the least amount of inconvenience.

Service 9

Provide you with a monthly report on the ongoing activities undertaken to market and sell your property, current information on the real estate market on the Lower Mainland and your specific area, along with feedback from REALTORS® who showed your property during the previous month.

Service 10

Keep you informed, after the contract of purchase and sale has been accepted, on all developments regarding mortgage, inspection and conveyancing issues etc.

Service 11

Immediately alert all REALTORS® within the Tri-Cities area of the details of your property.

Service 12

Make arrangements for “Open Houses’ at your property (if requested).
