When you decide it is the time to sell perhaps your biggest financial investment, your home, it is vitally important you have a complete understanding of what might happen, why it might happen and what the outcome of those processes might be.
One of the first questions you may want to ask yourself is:
- How will I be able to sell my property in the least amount of time?
- At the highest possible price?
- With the minimum amount of inconvenience?
There are a number of issues that need to be addressed before all these questions can be answered.
Interview 2 or 3 Realtors before you decide on whom you want to work with to help you sell your property. Ask them the questions included on the attached list. This list contains some suggested questions, but it is important your are satisfied with their answers or the information they present to you. Remember, when you decide on the Realtor you want to work with, you are now a team with a specific goal. TO SELL YOUR PROPERTY, so it is very important that you feel comfortable with that individual.

Selling your property requires the services of a number of support industries before the transaction can be considered complete. I have a number of these industries and individuals I have worked with during my time in the real estate industry and I would be happy to share with you the names of those who have provided good support service.
