The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver reported that residential sales in the region totaled 26,249 in 2023, a 10.3% decrease from the 29,261 sales recorded in 2022, and a 41.5% decrease from the 44,884 sales in 2021.
Last year’s sales total was 23.4% below the 10-year sales average (34,272)

Fraser Valley Real Estate Board
The Fraser Valley Real Estate Board reported they recorded 14,713 sales through their MLS® system at the end of 2023, a decline of 4% over 2022 and 23% below the 10-year average.
New listings in the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board area were also at a 10- year low, at 29,610, 8% below the 10-year average
