After many meetings, discussion, focus groups, panel discussions and surveys, here is our pledge:

During that time I have realised how important it is to listen to their needs and wants, continually focus on these requirements and try to convert them into opportunities from them to achieve their results. Negotiation
During my almost 30 years in the real estate industry, I have negotiated literally 100’s of transactions, both for Buyers and Sellers. My commitment has always been to ensure Seller clients achieve the highest possible sale price and my Buyer clients pay the lowest possible price. As required by designated agency I am dedicated to ensuring any discussions with my clients remain strictly confidential and I always make sure I act in the best possible interests of my client.
