Having lived in our neighbourhood in Coquitlam for nearly 20 years, Barrie is an institution in the area and I had no qualms about contacting him with trust and confidence. In fact, almost 2 decades ago he had acted as agent for buyers that had purchased our home immediately prior to the one we were trying to sell! He guided us through the home preparation-for-sale process meticulously and, as a result, it sold in about a day, much more quickly than anticipated.
